Carb Perfection Sourdough Microbakery proudly serves the Northern Virginia area (Bristow, Nokesville, Gainesville, Haymarket, and Manassas) with authentic, naturally leavened sourdough bread, focaccia, pizza dough, and more. Our breads are available for pre-order with convenient "grab and go" pickup at the Bread Shed at 12195 Aster Road, Bristow, VA.

Every loaf is handmade in small batches using organic, ethically sourced ingredients, with local sourcing whenever possible. I ferment each batch for at least 20 hours with wild yeast sourdough culture, and bake in a Dutch oven to achieve a perfect dark brown caramelization, bringing out a deep, complex flavor. No preservatives or additives are used—just the pure goodness of naturally leavened bread. The slow fermentation process helps break down starches and gluten, making our bread both highly digestible and irresistibly delicious.

Our sourdough is pleasantly tangy, but not overwhelmingly sour, and has been compared to the beloved San Francisco style.
